Ingredients:
Raw mango - 1 cup
Jaggery - 1/2 cup
Neem flower - 1/2 tsp
Salt - 1/4tsp
Plain chili powder - 1/4 tsp
For tempering:
Oil - 1tsp
Mustard - 1/4 tsp
Red chili - 3 nos
Method:
- Thin slice the mangoes, add 1/4 cup water and start to cook.
- Meanwhile, add a little water to jaggery and boil, this is just to remove any dust in it.
- Add the jaggery water and cook until the water reduces and mangoes cook soft.
- Temper with 1 tsp oil, mustard, 3 red chilies, and neem flower.
- Enjoy yummy pachadi with curd rice or roti too.
