Black pepper - 1 tbsp
Dhania- 1 tbsp
Cumins - 1 tbsp
Cinnamon - 1 inch
Red chili - 4 to 5
Curry leaves - 1/4 cup
Other Ingredients:
Cauliflower - one hole medium-sized
Onion chopped - 1/4 cup
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
Turmeric - 1/4 tsp
Oil - 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Cilantro for garnish
- Dry roast the ingredients that are given above on medium heat.
- Let them cool before grinding.
- In a wide pan add oil and chopped onions.
- Add ginger-garlic paste and saute for a while.
- Add salt to taste.
- Turmeric.
- Add the cleaned cauliflower.
- Cover and cook for a few minutes.
- Meanwhile, grind the spices we fried earlier.
- Garnish with cilantro.
- Enjoy spicy cauliflower pepper fry with roti or as a side for any rice.
