Cauliflower Pepper Fry


Make a spicy cauliflower dry sabzi with dry roasted masala.
Ingredients to dry roast:
Black pepper - 1 tbsp
Dhania- 1 tbsp
Cumins - 1 tbsp
Cinnamon - 1 inch
Red chili - 4 to 5
Curry leaves - 1/4 cup

Other Ingredients:
Cauliflower - one hole medium-sized
Onion chopped - 1/4 cup
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
Turmeric - 1/4 tsp
Oil - 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Cilantro for garnish
 

Method:
  • Dry roast the ingredients that are given above on medium heat.


  • Let them cool before grinding.
  • In a wide pan add oil and chopped onions.
  • Add ginger-garlic paste and saute for a while.
  • Add salt to taste.
  • Turmeric.
  • Add the cleaned cauliflower.

  • Cover and cook for a few minutes.
  • Meanwhile, grind the spices we fried earlier.

  • Add the ground masala as required, you can store the remaining if left out.
  • Garnish with cilantro.
  • Enjoy spicy cauliflower pepper fry with roti or as a side for any rice.
