Chappathi Noodles


I had made these noodles with leftover chapati from my dinner. I was in a hurry, that I just added ingredients that caught my eyes and had to pack this as lunch so could not take step by step pictures.
I am posting this because it came out so good that I cant wait to post this. Will try it again and will update with pictures. 
Could take a final click with my phone before packing.

Preparation Time: 10 mins | Cooking Time: 5 mins |Serves: 4
Ingredients:     
  • Chapati - 4 nos ( cut into strips)
  • Garlic - sliced 3 nos
  • Cabbage - sliced 1/4 cup
  • Carrots - sliced 1/4 cup
  • Capsicum - sliced 1/4 cup
  • Onions - sliced 1/4 cup
  • Spring onions - to sprinkle and serve.
  • Green Chili paste - 1 tsp
  • Soy sauce - 2 tbsp
  • Brown Sugar - 1/2 tsp 
  • Pepper - to taste
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Salt - to taste


Method:
  • Cut Chappthi into thin strips by folding to half. 

  • Keep all veggies ready before you start to cook. Add garlic slices to 2 tbsp oil.
  • Saute to get the aroma and keep adding veggies one by one.



  • Add green chili paste and sugar.

  • add soya sauce and salt if needed.
  • Add the chappathi noodles and mix.
  • Now add the cabbage.
  • Pepper to taste.
  • Garnish with spring onions.
  • Serve warm or pack for lunch.

Note:
  • Sprinkle some water if your roti/chappathi is dry.
