I had made these noodles with leftover chapati from my dinner. I was in a hurry, that I just added ingredients that caught my eyes and had to pack this as lunch so could not take step by step pictures.
I am posting this because it came out so good that I cant wait to post this. Will try it again and will update with pictures.

Preparation Time: 10 mins | Cooking Time: 5 mins |Serves: 4
Ingredients:
- Chapati - 4 nos ( cut into strips)
- Garlic - sliced 3 nos
- Cabbage - sliced 1/4 cup
- Carrots - sliced 1/4 cup
- Capsicum - sliced 1/4 cup
- Onions - sliced 1/4 cup
- Spring onions - to sprinkle and serve.
- Green Chili paste - 1 tsp
- Soy sauce - 2 tbsp
- Brown Sugar - 1/2 tsp
- Pepper - to taste
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Salt - to taste
Method:
- Cut Chappthi into thin strips by folding to half.
- Keep all veggies ready before you start to cook. Add garlic slices to 2 tbsp oil.
- Saute to get the aroma and keep adding veggies one by one.
- Add green chili paste and sugar.
- add soya sauce and salt if needed.
- Now add the cabbage.
- Pepper to taste.
- Garnish with spring onions.
- Serve warm or pack for lunch.
Note:
- Sprinkle some water if your roti/chappathi is dry.
