Quick and easy tomato soup, turns out perfect when you get fresh and ripe tomatoes.

Preparation Time: 5 mins | Cooking Time: 15 mins |Serves: 4
Ingredients:
Tomato ripe ones - 4 nos
Ginger and Garlic paste - 1 tablespoon
Corn flour - 1 tablespoon (mix with water to a thin consistency and keep)
Butter - 1 tablespoon
Pepper - to taste
Salt - to taste
Fresh Cream - Optional if you need a creamy soup
Method:
- Wash the tomatoes, add ginger garlic paste with two cups of water and pressure cook for 2 whistles.
- Let it cool down if using a mixer or you can use a stick blender and make a puree.
- Strain the juice and bring it boil.
- Simmer the heat and add the cornflour mixture. Keep stirring so that it mixes evenly. This gives a thick consistency.
- Add salt and pepper to taste, bring it to boil and switch off.
- Add butter and crouton while serving. Serve hot with little butter on top
