A healthy homemade snack with no sugar or jaggery. It just takes less than half an hour.
A great recipe to take to your friends and relatives in a gift box instead of buying from the store.Ingredients:dates - 1 1/2 cup
almonds - 1/2 cup
walnuts - 1/4 cup
walnuts - 1/4 cup
pumpkin seeds - 1/4 cup
pistachios - 1 tsp
pecans - 1 tsp
raisins- 1 tbsp
cardamom powder - a pinch
ghee - 1 tsp
Method:
- pulse grind the dates for 1 or 2 rotations.
- fry all the nuts in 1 tsp ghee for a minute.
- add the raisins.
- saute the dates until soft.
- add a pinch of cardamom.
- transfer to a bowl and make balls when warm.
- cool them completely and store in an air tight container.
- a healthy homemade snack in less than 15 minutes .
