Dry Fruits Laddu

A healthy homemade snack with no sugar or jaggery. It just takes less than half an hour.

A great recipe to take to your friends and relatives in a gift box instead of buying from the store.

Ingredients:

dates - 1 1/2 cup
almonds - 1/2 cup
walnuts - 1/4 cup
pumpkin seeds - 1/4 cup
pistachios - 1 tsp
pecans - 1 tsp
raisins- 1 tbsp
cardamom powder - a pinch
ghee - 1 tsp


Method:

  • pulse grind the dates for 1 or 2 rotations.

  • fry all the nuts in 1 tsp ghee for a minute.
  • add the raisins.
  • saute the dates until soft.

  • add a pinch of cardamom.
  • transfer to a bowl and make balls when warm.

  • cool them completely and store in an air tight container.
  • a healthy homemade snack in less than 15 minutes .
