Ingredients:
Aval/Poha (thin) - 1 cup
Ginger - 1 tsp grated
Carrot - 1/4 cup
Beans - 1/4 cup
Cabbage - 1/4 cup
spring onions - 1/4 cup
Red chili paste - 1/2 tsp
Ketchup - 1/2 tsp
Sugar - 1/2 tsp
Salt as needed
Oil
Method:
- Wash and drain immediately the thin aval/poha.
- In a pan, to 1 tbsp oil add the grated ginger. When the raw smell goes add the onion part of the spring onions.
- Add the beans and salt to taste.
- Add carrots and saute.
- Add the red chili paste and ketchup.
- Add the soaked and drained aval/poha. Combine all.
- Add the chopped cabbage.
- Add some sugar to enhance the taste.
- Add white pepper powder.
- Garnish with spring onions.
- Mix and serve.
- Enjoy your quick meal.
