Murungai Keerai Ragi Adai

One of my favorite recipes. My grandma's preparation brings back a lot of memories. Ragi and murungai are abundant in nutrients. There used to be murangai trees in Aya's home and she prepares this whenever we visit her or she comes to visit us. She gets so much keerai that we can distribute to all our friends. My grandma is the best person to prepare this recipe. I came to know later that she likes it so much. All the neighbors appreciate her for making this adai.
It's a healthy breakfast recipe that is very filling. I would suggest this for people on a diet as you don't get hungry soon.
My husband also loves this, so I try to make it whenever I get fresh murungai leaves.
