Murungaikeerai Soup

A healthy and a mild soup. Murungaikeerai is abundant with
nutrients. This is a simple soup you can make it on a regular basis to add it to your diet. My SIL’s co-sister (Santhi Akka) is an expert in making soups. She is never tired to serve anyone who visits. She takes such care in providing healthy kinds of stuff. Another favorite one is vazhaithandu, you can substitute the keerai with the same recipe. I have used a blender but she advised me to just mash it with hands or mathu (masher).
I get dry murungai leaves from India and this recipe was great to use them. This is one another recipe I learned from my visit to India this year. Hope you all enjoy this delicious and healthy soup.
