Sugar - 1 cup/ 1/2 of your tomato puree
Cinnamon - to taste
Method:
- Slit the tomato.
- Boil, cool and peel.

- Add sugar and keep stirring. (if your puree measures 2 cups use 1 cup sugar)
- Keep boiling scums will be formed on the side.
- Remove the scum.
- Keep boiling, check if it is done by dropping on a plate and slide, it should move like a jelly and not watery.
- Switch off the flame, this will get thicker. Add a pinch of cinnamon or any flavor of your choice.
- Cool them completely and store in a glass jar.
